Hello!  I am so glad you're here. Taking the first step to starting psychotherapy can be the hardest part and you have now already done that!

Individual counseling sessions provide a safe space for self-exploration and personal growth. Session are offered both in person or virtually (teletherapy)  for ages 8 and up. 



A processing group with the purpose of reducing anxiety by coming together in a group setting with others experiencing anxiety.
